At Triumph, we are committed to making a positive impact on the communities we serve. We invest in change in multiple ways: funding a nonprofit that helps our Triumph communities, offering workforce development and education, taking annual mission trips, partnering with several local nonprofits, and providing ongoing volunteer opportunities for our team members to serve.

Triumph Workshop was established as a makerspace to serve the community. With programs focusing on workforce development, education initiatives and entrepreneur support, the makerspace provides the tools, knowledge and connections to foster a community of innovation and success. The Forge the Future program is a comprehensive workforce development program providing adults with training, credentials and job opportunities that can lead to sustainable careers in the construction industry.

    The St. Christopher Truckers Development and Relief Fund (SCF) is a national charity that helps over-the-road semi-truck drivers and their families when an illness or injury causes them to be out of work. Truckers are vital to our economy, and Triumph is proud to support those we serve in the transportation industry.
